Lead Times are based on clean orders and order entry.
Large orders and orders delayed due to clarification or confirmation, including pending approved credit, may result in extended lead times.
Lead times listed below are approximate & subject to change without notice.
Custom items will add an additional two weeks to standard lead time.
Lead times are series/product specific. Orders are acknowledged based on the longest lead time. Please feel free to submit a separate order for items with shorter lead times. Please include the project tag so minimum order fees can be waived.

JSI will approve or disapprove COM/COL on all products. An approval of a textile from JSI makes no claim that performance, durability or tailoring of COM/COL will result in satisfactory upholstery. Every effort will be made to meet customer's expectation, but fabrics/leathers have unforeseen inherent characteristics that may limit JSI's ability to deliver a well tailored product.
