Thanks for helping me obtain a replacement part for my 1210 chair. I realized this is an old model (purchased in ’91) but I really love this chair!! I installed the part last night and things are working PERFECTLY!!!

P.S. This same model was also sold to my employer. That’s where I first had this model as an office chair. I liked it so much I purchased one for my home from my local office supply company.
